***I have corrected my rating, as I feel that this is more than fair by Advantage Irrigation. Thank you!*** I scheduled an appointment for a winterization 2 weeks out. I did pay in advance, however the day of the scheduled appointment no one showed, called, or responded. I did contact the office thru a phone message and email that day, and I again had to call the following day to touch base with someone. Now my winterization schedule is 4 days out (from my initial scheduled appointment - late) without any form of compensation for the lack of planning and interruption of my schedule. I do not doubt the technical work this company does, I have used them in the past, just did not expect the lack of communication and a missed appointment when paid in advance.

John came out to my house a few times but he's done an amazing job every time I've asked of him. He replaced my backflow as well as repaired a pipe on the outside. I trust them to do our winterization as well. Overall the service is amazing and he's never late. Very personable and professional. Enjoyed my experience every time.

I was impressed by the response this time. When I went out to check the work they were going to do, they had already fixed it! Amazing value for the work.
